Tortellini schotel met spinazie

3 a 4 personen, bereiding: voorbereiden 20 minuten, oventijd +/- 20 minuten
Ingrediënten:
500 gram Tortellini
400 gram diepvries spinazie
bakje cherry tomaatjes
75 gram pijnboompitten
1 kuipje boursin cuisine (knoflook)
naar smaak, geraspte jonge kaas
Bereiding:
- kook de tortellini volgens de bereidingswijze op de verpakking
- ontdooi de diepvries spinazie in een grote kom in de magnetron.
- snijd de cherry tomaatjes in kwartjes
- rooster de pijnboompitten op een grilplaat tot ze goudbruin zijn.
Giet de tortellini af en doe deze bij de spinazie in de kom. Voeg de tomaatjes en de pijnboompitten toe. Roer hier het kuipje boursine cuisine door heen.
Doe vervolgens alles in een grote ovenschaal, bestrooi de bovenkant van de ovenschaal naar smaak met een laagje geraspte kaas.
Zet de ovenschaal in het midden van de oven (ongeveer 200 graden). De schotel is klaar wanneer de kaas goed gesmolten is en een beetje bruin begint te worden.
Eet smakelijk.

Once I received a call offering me a decent sum to turn for a pianist for a chamber music concert. I was pleased to finally get paid for something I'd been doing pro bono for years. I got there early and met with the pianist. He seemed high-strung but some people are before a concert. I clarified repeat issues with him and he assured me he was a clear nodder.The concert began and I soon saw why he was so high-strung; his mediocre technique and limited musicality made him a bad choice to play the well-known Beethoven and Brahms trios he was tackling (almost literally, football player style). We got towards the end of the first page and he did not nod. I figured, Maybe he likes memorize the beginning of the next page and have late turns. Nope as we reached the last two beats he abruptly turned his heard toward me and, in a low, gruff voice barked, Turn! This disagreeable ritual was repeated for most of the performance. I thought it might have been less disruptive for him and the audience to nod as he said. No such luck. I made it through and didn't mess it up, but he really unnerved me and I dare say I was very deserving of my pay that evening.

Je kan ook de busahmelcaes vervangen door geconcentreerde tomatenpuree, dat spaart alweer een pot in de afwas. Het is wel belangrijk dat het geconcentreerde tomatenpuree is!

Heel erg lekke, mijn lievelings eten was altijd al tortelini met spinazie dus ik kende het wel. Maar dit was erg lekker en voor herhaling vatbaar!
Zeker doen, enige min punt is dat het erg veel is. Er staat drie vier personen maar het is zeker voor vier personen genoeg.
